Aninvestigation into the daycare has found that children there were not beingsupervised, which is why they say a child with autism was able to just walk outof the building last month.

"It'svery scary," said Kristie Hughes, a concerned parent. "I can't even imagine."

Theboy was found wandering barefoot at the corner of Cedar Court and SouthwoodDrive. Police say he was missing from the daycare for nearly 23 minutes. Duringthat time, no caretakers from the daycare contacted police. He was seen by aman driving in the area, who stopped and contacted police.

"Howdid this child get out?" Hughes asked. "I was formerly a teacher, so throughoutthe day we did head counts. So how did this get missed?"

Areport released by the Department of Jobs and Family Services says the daycarehas been labeled a serious risk because children were not being supervised.Parents say they don't understand how the boy managed to walk away.
