WICKLIFFE, OH (WOIO) -

Police in Wickliffe are looking for the man who broke into a home and exposed himself.

It happened at the Ridgewick Gardens apartment complex on October 1 just before 11:30 p.m.

"It kinda creeps me out a little bit," says one resident.

Police tell 19 Action News a man opened an unlocked rear screen door and confronted two women and a juvenile female who were seated at a kitchen table just inside the door. The suspect exposed himself and began to masturbate as he stated, "you want some?" The females screamed, and the suspect fled out the same door that he entered. The resident locked the door and called 911.

Also on October 1, a man exposed himself to a juvenile female on Glenhurst Road in the City of Willowick at about 5:30 p.m. Wickliffe and Willowick investigators are comparing information to determine if the two incidents may be related.

"Disgusting and perverted and it has to stop," says Tracy Newrones. "That shouldn't be going on here at all. He definitely needs to get caught and go to jail."

The suspect is described as a white man in his mid-thirties, 5'7" inches tall with medium to slightly heavy build and two or three day's growth of facial hair. He was wearing a gray zip-up hooded sweatshirt, and blue jeans.

In March of this year, a similarly described man exposed himself to a woman in a parking lot of the same apartment complex, and in May, the same type of incident occurred at a neighboring apartment complex. All three incidents are believed to be related. As a result of the proximity of the crimes, there is a likelihood that the suspect lives in the general area.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Wickliffe Police Department at 440-943-1234.
