TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) - A man accused of raping an 8-year-old faced a judge Wednesday, only to have his case pushed back.
Toledo police arrested Reggie Johnson Monday evening after receiving a tip. Police say he was hiding in an upstairs closet in a relative's home on Isabella Street in west Toledo.
Johnson also had a theft warrant out of Toledo and a receiving stolen property warrant out of Sylvania.
His arraignment was continued to Oct. 9. His bond was set at $250,000 with no 10 percent.
