Six people displaced in Clyde apartment fire

A fire broke out at Laurel Greene Apartments in Clyde early Sunday morning, causing serious damage to units.

CLYDE, OH (Toledo News Now) - A fire broke out at an apartment complex in Clyde, Ohio, early Sunday morning.

It started around 3:30 a.m. at the Laurel Greene Apartments, on East Commerce Drive.

Multiple apartment homes were so badly damaged, firefighters say the units are a total loss.

All the residents were able to get out safely. No injuries have been reported.

The American Red Cross is assisting the families affected.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
