University of Alabama releases 2014 football schedule

BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -

The University of Alabama has released their football schedule for 2014.

The Tide will be facing Florida, Texas A&M, Mississippi State and Auburn at home in SEC contests. They will travel to Ole Miss, Arkansas, Tennessee and LSU for SEC games.

The kickoff game for the 2014 season against West Virginia will take place as the Chick-Fil-A Kickoff Game. It is the second straight year and fourth time overall to be in the kickoff game.

    LSU went back to work this week in preparation for the Citrus Bowl against Notre Dame. A win would be nice, but this is also a chance to get some freshman playing time to get ready for 2018.
