The suspected East Cleveland serial killer will now be arraigned on July 31.

Michael Madison, 35, had been scheduled for arraignment on Thursday, Aug. 1.

Late Tuesday afternoon, Cuyahoga County Prosecutors moved up Madison's court date, because convicted kidnapper Ariel Castro will be sentenced Thursday morning.

Madison is charged with two counts each of aggravated murder in the deaths of Shetisha Sheeley, Angela H. Deskins and Shirellda Terry.

The 14-count indictment also included three counts of kidnapping, three counts of gross abuse of a corpse, one count of rape and one count of having weapons under disability.

In a separate case, Madison, a convicted sex offender, was also charged with a single felony count of failure to provide notice of change of address.
