Woman awakes to find stranger rummaging through closet

SAYLER PARK, OH (FOX19) -

Police are looking information about a suspect who broke into an elderly woman's home and went through her closet.

The victim told police that she was taking at nap at her home on Huey Ave. in Sayler Park and when she awoke, she found a woman in her bedroom going through her closet.

The victim asked, 'who are you?' and the suspect stated, 'don't you remember me?' and then fled. The suspect flagged down an unknown vehicle on Hillside Avenue.

The victim discovered that her rear door had been kicked in. Investigators did not say if anything was taken.

The suspect was described as a female in her 30's with black hair and a dark complexion.
