CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A Cincinnati woman was declared a millionaire after she was randomly selected in the Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati $3 Million Summer Giveaway promotion on Saturday evening.

Reatha Jenkins of Cincinnati is the first of three millionaires in Cincinnati. Two more drawings will occur on Saturday, August 10; and Sunday, September 1.

"The Horseshoe brand and experience is about creating legends and offering aspirational winning with the biggest jackpots, best odds, highest limits and best promotions," said Horseshoe Cincinnati Senior Vice President and General Manager, Kevin Kline.

Jenkins could not have been happier.

"I couldn't make my millions working so I guessed I would get it here at the Horseshoe," said Jenkins.  "If you believe it, it can happen—I believed I could be a millionaire," said Jenkins.

To enter for the drawing, potential winners must be Total Reward members, which is free for guest to sign up at www.totalrewards.com or visiting the Total Rewards Center inside the casino. Each member receives a card to swipe at a promotional kiosk. Swiping once a day for free earns one additional entry for every 25 Tier Credits earned playing slots or table games.

The $3 Million Summer promotion was introduced at a Horseshoe Cincinnati block party in July.  It is part of a $6 million summer giveaway throughout Ohio with its sister casino, Horseshoe Cleveland.  In total, Six Ohioans are projected become millionaires by September.
