GREEN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

A man was arrested over the weekend in Green Township who police say was found hiding in an enclosed porch wearing socks on his hands.

According to the Green Township Police Department's Facebook page, Jason Crabb, 32, was reported as 'suspicious' by a resident in the 5600 block of Muddy Creek Road on Saturday morning. A neighbor told police he was wearing a backpack and walking around a home in the area.

Upon arrival, an officer found Crabb hiding in the porch area of the residence. A wrench, socket set, and a hypodermic needle were discovered in his backpack.

Crabb reported being homeless and walking to Green Township from Clifton.

He was charged with burglary, possession of criminal tools, and possession of drug abuse instruments.

He was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center where a judge set his bond at $70,000.
