(Toledo News Now) -

In case you didn't notice, the latest Transformers movie will include scenes shot outside Adrian, Michigan.

The production crews were in town this week. Bringing Hollywood here is a pretty big deal, and potentially a pretty big infusion of cash.

Parts of movies have recently been shot in Milwaukee, Detroit and in Cleveland.  This is a cool way to generate positive publicity and improve the image of our town.

I don't know how we influence the movie moguls who make these decisions, but it would be nice to know someone was working on it.
