Woman leads police on chase through Findlay neighborhood

FINDLAY, OH (Toledo News Now) -

A Findlay woman is in jail after a police chase on Saturday morning.

It started at N. Blanchard St. and Tiffin Ave. around 9:30am.

Officers were responding to a crash there when they were advised that one of the cars had left the scene.

Police say they found Julie Greenlese driving on Gayle Ln. and that's when the chase started.

Police chased Greenlese on Gayle Ln., Jennifer Ln., E. Melrose Ave., N. Blanchard Ave. and Lesa Ave.

Greenlese eventually stopped in the 2000 of N. Blanchard, and was arrested.

She was incarcerated at the Hancock County Justice Center is charged with failure to comply with a lawful order of a police officer.

The crash the officers were responding to resulted in an injury. One person was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
