Teen accused of firing shots onto roadway

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A teenager is accused of firing shots onto a public roadway.

Ontario Kinsey, 18, is charged with carrying concealed weapons, having weapons under disability, discharging a firearm on or near prohibited premises, possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to a court affidavit, police recovered six shell casings from the scene.

Kinsey was adjudged delinquent of a felony assault on a police officer in 2012.

Kinsey was found a few blocks away from where the incident occurred and was found to be in possession of the handgun and marijuana.
