Brown Co. drug investigation leads to several arrests

BROWN COUNTY, OH (FOX19) -

A total of 17 suspects were indicted for crimes related to manufacturing methamphetamines on a total of 61 felony counts.

Following an ongoing undercover investigation by the Brown County Sheriff's Office, 12 of the 17 suspects were arrested.

According to Sheriff Wenninger, the arrests involved two meth manufacturing operations. The first group operated from Winchester to Goshen and Amelia in Clermont County. They are as follows:

  • Nicholas Burton, 30 years of age, from Fayetteville, Ohio (ARRESTED)
  • Joseph Burton, 24 years of age, from Winchester, Ohio (ARRESTED)
  • Christopher Davis, 20 years of age, of Goshen, Ohio (ARRESTED)
  • Samantha Johnson, 19 years of age, of Goshen, Ohio (ARRESTED)
  • Allen Vogel Jr., 25 years of age, of Fayetteville, Ohio (ARRESTED)
  • Female Juvenile, 17 years of age, Winchester, Ohio (ARRESTED)
  • Michael Justice, 42 years of age, of Amelia, Ohio (Still at Large)

The second group operated from Mt. Orab area to Bethel in Clermont County. They are as follows:

  • Bryan Simpson, 31 years of age, of Mt. Orab, Ohio (ARRESTED
  • Terri Taylor, 38 years of age, of Mt. Orab, Ohio (ARRESTED)
  • Katelyn Grudzielanek, 19 years of age, of Georgetown, Ohio (ARRESTED)
  • Kristian Miller, 26 years of age, of Mt. Orab, Ohio (ARRESTED)
  • Ivory Wilson, 19 years of age, of Hamersville, Ohio (ARRESTED)
  • Johnny Dotson, 19 years of age, of Hamersville, Ohio (ARRESTED)
  • Delaney Durham, 20 years of age, of Cincinnati, Ohio (Still at Large)
  • Amanda Brandenburg, 25 years of age, of Bethel, Ohio (Still at Large)
  • Andrew Chapman, 18 years of age, of Mt. Orab, Ohio (Still at Large)
  • Nathaniel Mojica, 22 years of age, of Mt. Orab, Ohio (Still at Large)

    Toledo Police are investigating a homicide after a body was found in central Toledo Wednesday afternoon.     ProMedica does not seem to be slowing down its buying spree. Reuters reported that ProMedica is acquiring HCR Manor Care. According to Reuters, ProMedica is teaming up with Welltower which is a Toledo based real estate trust. The two are proposing a purchase of bankrupt HCR for $2 billion.
