Police: Victim shot in arm, pulls bullet out himself

ROSELAWN, OH (FOX19) -

Police are investigating a shooting near the Summit Plaza Shopping Center in Roselawn Tuesday evening.

Authorities say it happened around 9:30 p.m. outside of The Dukester Bar & Grill, located in the 7700 block of Reading Road.

Authorities tell FOX19 an employee was standing outside smoking a cigarette when someone starting shooting a gun in the parking lot of a convenience store across the street.

The employee was reportedly shot in the arm and proceeded to take the bullet out himself before emergency crews arrived on scene.

Suspect information has not been released. It is unclear if the shooter meant to hit the victim or if it was a stray bullet.
