WATERVILLE, OH (Toledo News Now) -

ISOH/IMPACT's tornado relief efforts continued Friday, as they sent another shipment of supplies to help victims of the Moore, OK tornado.

A 53-foot semi-trailer was loaded with 23 palettes full of an assortment of relief supplies that have been donated and packaged by area residents, including Bucket Brigade relief kits filled with personal care items, pet supplies, baby care products, food, Kids Against Hunger packaged meals and other needed supplies.

Through the generous outpouring of support from partners and volunteers throughout the northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan communities and beyond, this will be the third shipment of tornado relief supplies sent by ISOH/IMPACT in the past five days. As Friday's shipment was being loaded from ISOH/IMPACT's distribution center in Waterville, supplies shipped on Wednesday will be arriving in Oklahoma City for distribution. Friday's shipment is expected to arrive early next week.

Organizers say they have sent many supplies to help, but the work is far from over.

"We need to be ready. It's our goal here to have a semi-trailer full of relief, ready to ship to any disaster at any time," explained Lori Kazmierczak.

You can continue to help the victims of these devastating tornadoes by making a contribution to ISOH/IMPACT's Disaster Relief Fund at 25182 W. River Road in Perrysburg or at ISOH/IMPACT.  You can also help by donating a bank or gift card, volunteering your services at the Waterville distribution center, or joining the Bucket Brigade.

By filling a new, 5-gallon lidded bucket with cleaning supplies, personal care items, first aid supplies, pet supplies or canned and nonperishable food items, you offer immediate help to families taking the first step toward recovery.

ISOH/IMPACT is also accepting other relief items at this time, such as new children's clothing, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, disposable tableware, laundry detergent, new tents, tarps, brooms, mops, rakes, shovels, box fans, shop vacs and generators. Bottled water is not needed at this time. Please, do not donate glass items.

Donations can be dropped off at ISOH/IMPACT's Distribution Center located at 905 Farnsworth Road in Waterville, any Toledo area Tireman Auto Service Center, Danberry Realtors, and the Hilton Garden Inn at Levis Commons.

Cash and credit card donations can be made online or sent directly to the ISOH/IMPACT offices in Perrysburg.
