Van hits beauty salon in central Toledo

TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

A young woman was shaken up after driving into a beauty salon Sunday afternoon.

The accident happened in central Toledo at Lee's Beauty Supply.

Toledo police say a van went into the salon near the intersection of Dorr St. and Collingwood Blvd.

Officers say the driver lost control of the vehicle when she accidentally hit the gas instead of the brakes.

She was not hurt, but a window was broken, and a mailbox was damaged.
