Sausage Griglia Antipasta

2 - 6 ounce pieces of Italian sausage
3 ounces julienne red onion
1 red bell pepper
2 ounces red wine
1/2 tablespoon butter
Olive oil

Bake sausage at 350 degrees until 75% done. Place on grill and finish cooking.

In saucepan, heat up the onions in a little olive oil until translucent.

On the grill char the outside of the red pepper and then rinse of the burnt part under cold water. Julienne the pepper and add it to the onions. Add 2 ounces of red win and finish with 1/2 tablespoon of butter.

Top off the sausage with peppers and onions. Serve.
