Police: Woman with hepatitis spit on child

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A 47-year-old woman is facing charges after she allegedly got into a fight with a child in her neighborhood.

According to report filed by Louisville Metro police, on May 7, Tracie Tarrance and the juvenile had past run-ins, but during the latest incident Tarrance spit toward the child's face.

Tarrance has been diagnosed with Hepatitis C and the child was taken to the hospital for a blood test.

Tarrance is charged with wanton endangerment and assault.
