Peter Pan Bus official talks about impact of Boston transportation closures

SPRINGFIELD, MA (WSHM) -

All public transportation is grounded in and out of the city of Boston Friday morning.

Peter Pan Bus Services Vice President of Safety and Security Chris Crean told CBS 3 that their service has been suspended until further notice.

He said this does affect many passengers in Western Mass.

"We have service almost every hour going into the city of Boston as well as departures coming out," said Crean.

Crean said passengers who had plans to travel in and out of the city should check the company's website, http://peterpanbus.com/ throughout the day to check on the status of their service.
