ROSSFORD, OH (Press Release) -

The man suspected of robbing a Rite Aid in Rossford was taken into custody Friday.

On Friday, Rossford Police were notified by the Norwalk Police that the suspect was spotted in Norwalk.

Norwalk officers arrested Cody Devor inside the Premiere Theater 8 on SR 250, where he appeared to be sleeping.

Devor, 28, of Mount Blanchard, OH, is being held in the Huron County Jail, pending an extradition hearing on Monday on outstanding felony charges from the Hancock County Sheriff's Office.

A search warrant was obtained by Rossford officers, who were able to recover evidence related to the Rite Aid robbery.

Rossford Chief Glenn Goss said getting the word and photographs of the suspect out to the public proved to be successful.
