A nurse charged with sexually assaulting a woman as she gave birth was in court on Wednesday.

James Lewis pleaded not guilty to two counts of gross sexual imposition. His bond was set at $10K.

Lewis was a nurse helping to administer drugs at Fairview Hospital back in June. He's accused of touching a woman's breast as she gave birth and putting her hand on his private parts.

The woman alerted others attending to her, and they had Lewis escorted away.
