EDITORIAL: What's up with the Marina District?

TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Two summers ago, there were a lot of people at the Marina District for an official groundbreaking.  

It was a day filled with optimism and promise. There was a lot of back-slapping, hand-shaking, and all sorts of huzzahs. 

Well, about 18 months have gone by. As far as I can tell, the only shovel that has touched this ground is mine. Don't you want to ask, "What's up with that?"
