WATERVILLE TOWNSHIP, OH (Toledo News Now) - The man accused of stealing property in Lucas, Wood and Ottawa counties pleaded not guilty on different charges in court Monday morning.
Walter Polus was arraigned on new burglary charges, after being accused of stealing property during multiple break-ins and trying to sell it on Craigslist. Police recovered thousands of dollars worth of stolen items, from power tools and electronics, to wallets and paychecks, back in early February. He was originally indicted on three felony counts of burglary.
Polus will be back in court April 4.
