TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) - Windy conditions helped fuel a fire in central Toledo Sunday.
The fire happened at Bancroft near Ashland at the Colonial Apartments.
Investigators say the fire started on the third floor and spread to the attic.
Two apartments were damaged.
There's no word yet on how the fire started.
