‘Team Bigelow’ fundraiser set for Saturday

SYLVANIA, OH (Toledo News Now) -

On October 3, 2010 Jeremy Bigelow's life changed forever.  He was involved in a serious car accident that resulted in a spinal cord injury and left him paralyzed from the shoulders down. Those close to Jeremy say he has kept a positive attitude, and overcome every obstacle to his recovery thus far.

Friends and family who came together to help Jeremy became known as "Team Bigelow". The group will hold a fundraiser event to help Jeremy this Saturday, February 23. The event will include a live and silent auction.

Those wishing to help who cannot make it on Saturday can bid on silent auction items in advance online. The online auction is open now, and will close at 5 p.m. on Friday.
