SURVEILLANCE VIDEO: Akron police seek violent armed pizza shop robber

AKRON, OH (WOIO) -

Police in Akron are looking for the suspect who robbed a Little Caesars pizza shop.

The violent robbery happened on Feb. 3 at the Little Caesars on East Avenue.

The suspect, whom was armed with a hand gun, fired one shot and demanded money from the victims' wallets.

After getting money from the register, the suspect pointed a gun at the employees and walked to the back of the shop where he pointed his gun at an employee again, then fled out the back door.

The suspect is a white man, 25-35 years old, 6 foot- 6 foot 1. He was wearing a black sweatshirt with an Eagle logo.

Anyone with information on the violent crime is urged to contact Officer Sidoti or Detective Sgt. Lietke at 330-375-2490 or leave a tip at Akroncops.org.

The suspect is considered armed and dangerous. Do not attempt to approach him, call 911.
