NAPOLEON, OH (Toledo News Now) -

The City of Napoleon isgoing over the results of a recent performance audit, and is looking to makecuts to save money.

According to City ManagerJon Bisher, the audit report showed that the city's 911 dispatch center is oneof their biggest expenses.

City leaders are now facedwith a tough choice: Should they continue funding it, or have calls go throughthe sheriff's office or county dispatch?

Going through the countycould save the city hundreds of thousands of dollars per year.

"Those are really hard decisionsthat council has to make," Bisher said. "But they will take input from thepublic and that's how we'll use this performance audit, and move forward andsee if there's some efficiencies and ways to save money."

Another way the city maybe able to save money is by shutting down the golf course.

Options would be discussedat a council meeting Friday night.
