Two armed suspects rob Long John Silvers

AKRON, OH (WOIO) -

Akron Police report that on Monday, January 29th around 5:30 p.m. , the Long John Silvers, located at 2520 Romig Road, was robbed.

The staff reported that two male suspects came into the restaurant, took out guns and fired shots into the ceiling then demanded money.

One suspect was said to have then forced the manager into the back room, fired another shot, and demanded money from the safe. The suspects left the restaurant with an unreported amount of cash. No employees were injured.

The suspects are two white males, thought to be between 25 and 35 years old. One suspect is described as 6'0" - 6'02" wearing an orange hunting outfit and a camouflage bandana covering his face. The other suspect is described as around 5'10" and no further description.
