Owens Community College is committed to serving our students and residents throughout northwest Ohio through excellence, innovation and collaboration. We are continuously looking for ways to be the best college and community partner we can be.

I am excited to take this opportunity to share with you that in recognition of that effort, we recently received notification from the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association that our institution's accreditation has been reaffirmed through 2020.

We have been accredited continuously since 1976.

The Commission recognized Owens as an outstanding academic institution of higher learning, noting that we are a national leader in continuous quality improvement. This honor, along with more than 48 program-level accreditations, acknowledges and affirms the quality of education we provide to our community.

Please join us in marking this significant accomplishment. Owens Community College is your community college and we are proud to serve you.
