Toledo realtors collect blankets for Sandy victims

Toledo, OH - December 13, 2012 - The Toledo Board of REALTORS® (TBR) will be collecting blankets for the area's needy and victims of Super Storm Sandy.

New and gently used blankets will be collected December 13, 2012 - January 4, 2013 and can be dropped off at the Toledo Board of REALTORS, 590 Longbow, Maumee, OH 43537, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Additional drop off locations include:

• Country Realty and Auction, 2141 Holloway, Holland, OH

• Welles Bowen Realtors - 2460 N. Reynolds Road, Toledo, OH

• The Danberry Co. - 3242 Executive Parkway, Toledo Ohio

• City Trends Realty - 3550 Briarfield, Suite 300, Maumee, OH

    Toledo has a long and storied history of hockey in the city going back to the first team, the Toledo Mercurys, who played their first season in 1947-48. Other iterations included the Blades, the Hornets, the Goaldiggers and the Storm. For a short time, in 1949-50, the team was actually called the Toledo Buckeyes.
