Prison for the drunk driver who crashed through a barricade and killed two people at a street festival.

The crash happened in July at the "Dancing in the Streets" festival on the Cleveland-Lakewood border.

On Wednesday, Timothy Spock was sentenced to 15-years in prison.

Basil Bass and Mitch Andelmo were killed.

"Mr. Spock not only took away my only son, he took away my being a grandparent," said Andelmo's father, Hank, in court.

Andelmo's girlfriend, Constance Pokorny, was injured but survived. Pokorny said in court that she suffers from brain damage and seizures, but it's the loss of her boyfriend she will never get over.

"He was an amazing person," she told the court. "He was very young and had his life in front of him."

Bass' brother, Lebron, said his brother was a religious man, so in a stunning moment, he had this to say.

"May God bless you, may God bless you and just think about what you've done and the lives you've impacted based on your actions."

Spock said he prays for the victims everyday and he prays to the Lord for mercy.

"It is with a very heavy heart that I can only hope to express how sorry I am," he said. "I will never forget the horror I've caused."

This year's Race for the Cure in Findlay is taking place right in the middle of a September heat wave. Temperatures at race time will be in the 70s. By midday expect temperatures in the mid-to-upper 80s under bright sunshine. This would be a hot and oppressive day right in the middle of summer, let alone in late September.  Be sure to prepare for the conditions by drinking plenty of fluids and considering wearing a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses.
