Brownies with Butterscotch Icing

1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 - 16 oz can Hershey's chocolate syrup

Combine margarine and sugar. Add eggs, flour and chocolate syrup. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 greased and floured pan. Cool.

Butterscotch Icing

1/2 cup butter
1 - 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/3 cup evaporated milk (regular milk will work)

Melt butter. Add sugar and milk; boil one minute. Add butterscotch chips and blend until all chips are melted. Pour on brownies and let set up.
