(Toledo News Now) - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force has announced the capture of fugitive Robert Johnson.
Johnson was wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office for failing to register as a sex offender. He was also wanted for escape by the Ohio Adult Parole Authority.
He was found guilty of raping a woman back in 2002. Johnson is required to register his address with the sheriff's office of the county in which he resides, but has failed to do so.
Anyone with information about a fugitive and his whereabouts should contact the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-4WANTED or text the keyword "WANTED" and "tip" to 847411. Tipsters can remain anonymous. Reward money is available.
