PERRYSBURG, OH (Toledo News Now) – The Perrysburg Public School District is looking to gage the community's option of the district with a new survey.
The district is sending out 2,000 surveys to all types of community members, not just those with school aged children. The survey asks questions about finances, facilities and academics.
"You get an opportunity to share your opinion about, 'how is my investment?' and we really view the taxpayers' contribution to the school system as an investment," said Superintendent Tom Hosler. "You don't get many opportunities to say, 'this is how I think you're doing with my money' and so that's important to us."
Hosler says the district plans to present the findings of the survey to parents once the results are collected and compiled.
