Autopsy of Monroe murder victim is inconclusive

MONROE, MI (TOLEDO NEWS NOW) - Monroe police report an autopsy failed to provide an exact cause of death for 30-year-old Roman Jackson, the Monroe News reports.

Investigators say he was hit in the head with a crow bar but managed to crawl to a porch on Conant Avenue. He later died at a hospital.

Jackson's death has been ruled a homicide. Police are investigating, but no suspect names or descriptions have been released.
