TOLEDO, OH (TOLEDO NEWS NOW) - The trial of Billie Noles is set to begin Monday. He's accused of raping a 5-year-old girl.
Prosecutors say it happened between February and April of 2006. They claim he lured her with ice cream while he was babysitting.
If convicted, Noles could spend the rest of his life behind bars.
