BOWLING GREEN, OH (Toledo News Now) – Officers with the Wood County Sheriff's Internet Crimes Against Children Unit arrested 67-year-old Charles H. McClintock of Chagrin Falls, Ohio after they say he drove to Wood County to meet a 14-year-old girl.
Police say McClintock has been chatting with a deputy posing as a 14-year-old since April 27. During the course of the chats, police say, McClintock made online solicitations for sexual activity.
McClintock is charged with two counts of felony importuning and one count of felony attempted unlawful sexual contact with a minor.
McClintock will be back in court June 13 for a preliminary hearing.
