Mercy Children's has joined forces with WTOL11, to broadcast seven-and-a-half full hours of telethon coverage.  Chrys Peterson, Jerry Anderson, Jonathan Walsh, Chris  Vickers,  Robert  Shiels,  Emilie  Voss  and  others will host as we share  stories  of  hope  and  courage  featuring  Miracle  Children  from  Mercy Children's Hospital as well as segments from around the globe.

"The CMN Telethon for Mercy Children's is a great opportunity to recognize  the  accomplishments and generosity of our national and local sponsors, to  recognize those who care for our children, raise awareness of the programs  and  services  performed  at  Mercy  Children's,  and  raise  support  for  Children's  Miracle  Network Hospitals at Mercy Children's Hospital," said Misty Stroupe of the Mercy Children's Hospital Foundation.

Five  Miracle  Families  will  be highlighted this year, and their stories  will  talk about the exceptional care that is provided at Mercy Children's  in areas such as Pediatric Surgery, Autism Services, the Myelo Clinic, the  Neonatal  Intensive  Care  Unit (NICU), Pediatric ICU, General Pediatrics,  Pediatric Hematology/Oncology,  and  more.
