TOLEDO, OH (TOLEDO NEWS NOW) - Chrysler has issued a recall of the 2010 Jeep Wranglers due to a risk of fire.
The company says that debris can get caught between a plate that protects the transmission and the catalytic converter, causing a fire.
Chrysler knows of at least 14 complaints of fires due to the problem.
The recall affects 2010 wranglers that have automatic transmissions built before July 14th, 2010.
Chrysler says they will fix the problem free of charge.
