TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) - On May 17, Verizon Wireless is expanding its 4GLTE network to communities surrounding Toledo.
The expanded coverage area around Toledo includes Whitehouse, Monclova, Woodville, Gibsonburg, Holland and the Toledo Airport.
Verizon says the 4G network is up to 10 times faster than 3G. It launched in Toledo in July of 2011 as well as the surrounding communities of Sylvania, Oregon, Maumee, Perrysburg, Waterville and Bowling Green.
It can be used for smart phones as well as broadband Internet access from home.

Verizon Wireless also recently introduced HomeFusion℠ Broadband that uses the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network to deliver high-speed, in-home Internet access for residential broadband.
