Commissioners voting on new dog warden services Tuesday

TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) - The Lucas County Commissioners on Tuesday will vote on allowing the Lucas County Dog Warden to provide new services, and establish new fees to pay for those services.

This is due to the hiring of a full-time staff veterinarian. These additional medical services will be for dogs that have been impounded or are in the care and custody of the dog warden, and for special events.

The new fees will be $20 for a microchip, $20 for rabies vaccination, and $85 for spay/neuter with a microchip.
