TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) - Two brothers accused of injuring six people after gunfire erupted outside Mugshots bar in north Toledo appeared in court Monday morning.

Rhaymoun and Richard Villolovos were each charged with five counts of felonious assault.

Witnesses refused to come forward Monday morning, so the state has dropped all charges and the men were released.

Police said it started back in February when the two brothers got into a fight inside the bar and were kicked out. Investigators said moments later, they got guns from their cars and started shooting at a group of people leaving the bar.

The shooting caused a judge to shut down Mug Shots as a public nuisance.
