Palmyra voters reject wind turbine ordinance

PALMYRA, MI (TOLEDO NEWS NOW) - In Tuesday's election, voters in Palmyra Township rejected a wind turbine ordinance that was approved by the township board.

The vote was close with 259 people rejecting the ordinance and 217 approving it.

The township supervisor said they can either write a new ordinance or let the possibility of wind turbines go.
