Historic walking tour offered downtown on Tuesday

TOLEDO, OH (TOLEDO NEWS NOW) - The statewide annual preservation conference for Heritage Ohio will be held in downtown Toledo this year. As part of that event, the Ohio Main Street Managers will be participating in a walking tour of the Vistula Historic District on Tuesday.

Interested tour participants can meet at the Casey-Pomeroy House located at 802 N. Huron Street at 3:30 p.m. They'll also hear in introduction to the Lucas County Land Bank Plan.

A tour of the Casey-Pomeroy House begins at 4 p.m. followed by the walking tour down Superior and Summit Streets with additional stops for home tours at:

**937 N. Superior Street -- The home of Lonnie Holman.

**1107 N. Superior Street -- The Matthew Brown House and home of Richard Martinez and Judy Cattran

There will be snacks and beverages available at the Casey-Pomeroy House. The tour should conclude by 6 p.m.
