Citrus-Grilled Pork Chops

Makes: 4 servings

1 (12-oz.) jar Meijer Orange Marmalade - $2.19
1/3 cup Meijer orange juice - $0.11
¼ cup Meijer Classic Olive Oil - $0.59
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar - $0.06
2 garlic cloves, minced – on-hand
4 boneless pork chops, ¼- to ½-inch thick - $3.72
1 large orange, cut into slices ¼-inch thick (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a blender combine marmalade, orange juice, oil, vinegar, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste; blend until well-combined.
  2. Season chops evenly with salt and pepper to taste. Place chops and ½ cup of the marmalade mixture in a large resealable plastic bag; seal bag and shake to coat. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  3. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F). Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chops, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink (145°F).
  4. Place orange slices on grill; grill 1 to 2 minutes per side or until grill marks appear. Serve chops with remaining marmalade mixture and grilled orange slices.
