- 3 cps red radishes tops and stems removed and cut in half
- 2 Tbls butter
- 3 Tbls sugar
- 3 Tbls white balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Place radishes in water to just cover. Bring to a boil then lower to simmer and cook till just tender about 5 minutes. Drain.
Melt butter in a skillet and add radishes and cook till lightly browned about 5 minutes
Sprinkle with sugar and vinegar and cook till glazed
