Chili-Lime Tilapia
Serves 4-6
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Meijer frozen tilapia fillets, thawed and rinsed - $3.50 (NuVal™ Score 82)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Kraft Fresh Take Chili Lime & Panko cheese and breadcrumb mix
1 fresh lime, cut into wedges for garnish
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Open Kraft Fresh Takes crumb mix bag and mix well to combine crumbs and cheese.
2. Add moistened tilapia fillets, one or two at a time, toss to coat (press crumb mixture into fillets)
3. Place on baking sheet (line with foil for easy clean up). And sprinkle any remaining crumb mix over fillets.
4. Bake 10 minutes, until fish is no longer translucent and flakes easily.

Broccoli Slaw
Serves 4-6
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh broccoli slaw mix – $1.59, (NuVal™ Score 99)
1 wedge fresh lime
Slaw dressing (recipe below)
Dressing – use on hand ingredients to prepare
1/4 cup Meijer light sour cream, plain yogurt, light mayonnaise, or light miracle whip
1 tsp. Meijer apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. McCormick dry mustard or 1 tsp. prepared yellow or Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. McCormick garlic powder
1 tsp. Sugar
Salt and pepper as desired
1. In a medium to large mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
2. Add broccoli-slaw to dressing, squeeze juice of one lime wedge over slaw, and mix well.
3. Chill and serve.
