Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper Eric Wlodarsky has resigned following drunk driving and weapons charges from a crash in late October.
He is the same trooper who was disciplined in 2008 for taking a photo of a fellow trooper dressed in a makeshift Ku Klux Klan outfit while on duty.A 17-year-old Swanton boy was killed early Tuesday morning after a police chase ended in a crash.
