1 spaghetti squash
Garlic Expressions salad dressing or another Italian salad dressing
Shredded parmesan cheese
Slice the spaghetti squash in half (lengthwise) and remove the seeds from each half. Place the cut halves of the squash face down on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Cook for 45 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees. When the squash is done, remove the squash from the skin while warm and place in a large mixing bowl. Add 3 - 4 ounces (begin with 1/3 cup) of Garlic Expressions salad dressing , add 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, freshly ground pepper, mix well and taste. If the squash needs more moisture, add more dressing. If it needs more garlic salt and pepper add a little more of each. Remember, you can always add more of each, but you can't take it out.
Once you have seasoned the squash the way you want, add 1/4 cup (or more) shredded Parmesan Cheese and mix well. The squash can then be sered or put in a casserole dish with a top and warmed again before serving. You can reheat either in a regular oven or a microwave.
