Crab & Shrimp Appetizers

Crab & Shrimp Appetizers-- Rohr Fish

8 oz. Cream Cheese/softened
8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese- divided in half
3/4 lbs. Med. Shrimp- cleaned, cooked, and chopped
1 lb. Blue Crab Claw Meat
4 Tbsp. Chopped Onions
1 tsp. Horseradish
1 1/4 tsp. Salt
Tabasco Sauce
Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp. Clam Juice
6 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Paprika
3 oz. chopped Almonds
12 Baking Shells

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, shrimp, crab meat, onions, horseradish, salt, tabasco, and garlic to taste, clam juice and bacon.  Mix well.  Spoon into baking shells.  Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, paprika and chopped almonds on top according to taste.

Place shells on a baking sheet and bake in a 375 degrees oven for 15 minutes.
